Full Service Planning and Event Design

Our full service planning and event design package is the complete experience. From the moment you get engaged until after you have left the reception as a newly married couple, we work with you hand in hand to ensure every detail has been thought through and handled with the upmost care. This package includes venue scouting, budget management, vendor search and bookings, timeline formation, design creation, execution during the event, and so much more. We will serve as the point of contact for your vendors and be a resource for you and your family during the planning process. When your special day arrives, the Hazel George team will be on site to execute the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, ensure the design elements are in their proper places and manage every last detail of the event.

Month Of Coordination

Our month of coordination package is a four-week experience that serves to wrap up the final details in the month leading up to your wedding. You as a couple have handled the planning process and created the aesthetic of how you want your event to look and feel. After a complimentary meeting one month prior to your special day, the Hazel George team makes sure all details have been addressed, creates a wedding timeline and communicates with each vendor to ensure a seamless event. We will be on site to execute the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including setup and teardown.

Design and Floral Artistry

Your celebration should not only logistically run smoothly, but also showcase who you two are as a couple through the overall design aesthetic. With this in mind, Hazel George offers stand-alone design and floral artistry for those who have the coordination handled. Design creation, color palette selection, linen and rental sourcing, custom installations, and floral artistry are all part of this service to ensure a cohesive feeling from the moment guests walk into your ceremony to the final goodbye at the end of the reception.
